Dance Action is a program that provide dance, cheerleading, and greek style stepping to Play Action Sports members 2 yrs-old and older. Dance Action could be where your groups are.  The certified instructors comes to you and provide you with:

Fitness Classes and Service are design to assist  with your daily life  style of healthy living or begin to develope one.   Most classes are designed for youth or beginners. Boot camp is designed for intermediate-professional athletes.

• Boot Camp/ Group Fitness Sessions

Some classes must have at least 6 participants per class.

Classes for teens and adult groups, businesses, and  organizations  are offered once and twice a week/ 1-2 hours per day. We also facilitate fitness events, clinics, and seminars.

Play Action Sports Wear has sports, dance and cheer costumes and uniforms. We also offer size for 2 year olds- through Adults.
